We are looking to add to our winning team. Our growing firm needs a paralegal/case manager that can support the attorney with managing all aspects of prelitigation personal injury cases. The caseload is small, but growing. This position will require direct contact with clients, providers, and insurance companies. Our new teammate will be experienced in conducting legal research, drafting demands, and other legal documents. They will also be detail-oriented, incredibly organized, self-motivated, and a team player with a winning personality. If this is you, let’s talk.

Responsibilities:

• Client intake
• Manage caseload effectively
• Establish Insurance claims
• Draft and review legal documents, including effective demands
• Negotiate settlements & provider bill reductions
• Manage and provide support to clients with A+ customer service
• Handle subrogation of healthcare liens
• Secure, record, and store client information and records
• Manage medical providers and monitor client treatment
• Administrative support

Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager
• Self-motivated, strong time management skills and detail-oriented
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive computer and database skills
• Spanish Speaker would be a plus (bonus compensation available)
