Our store is hiring Customer Service Associates and Cashiers to work the front counter, handling the processing of transactions, sales, returns and exchanges, while providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be able to work with a diverse group of individuals and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include processing customer transactions, balancing cash drawers and handling numerous register transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Complete customer transactions and requests.
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Solve problems with defective products or services.
- Keep records and provide information for tax reporting purposes.
- Discuss options with customers to resolve complaints.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and checks.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
