* * Main responsibilities are customer service skills, friendly, and outgoing
* *We thrive to be environmental tobacco smoke-free(ETS) places employees at risk for serioushealth consequences.
* * Responsibilities include cashing out customer purchases on electronic cash registers, taking payments in varied forms, and providing correct change when necessary. Employees retain responsibility for maintaining store cleanliness and stocking merchandise as needed, as well. Sales associates should show flexible availability.
* * All positions requires constant standing, bending, reaching, and lifting various weights sometimes up to 40 or 50 pounds, so a level of physical fitness may remain required. All holiday hours are mandatory and some black out dates are all required to be worked by all employees, scheduled appointments must be worked out with one or two weeks in advance. Vacation days, Personal days, must have several months of advance notice and written authorization from management. It is required that all employees be flexible with their hours and will be paid overtime that is required by law.

Pay increases are all based on the above 90 day probation model. 90 days probation starts over after each incident or after each pay increases.
All uniforms are paid for with last payable check unless paid inadvance.
