Job description

Primary Duties:

Ensuring everything on the pull sheet is pulled, labeled, and put neatly in a designated area or into its truck.

Inventory:

Take asset inventory, make necessary changes to inventory sheet as needed

Take weekly inventory of needed items, disposables, etc.

Equipment:

Will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning our equipment, storing it properly in its correct location. fill in repair log with any broken equipment

Check the server areas and dish room for assets, making sure clean before putting away

Vehicles:

Log out any time you leave Landerhaven

Report accident immediately, insurance number in glovebox, call manager

Fuel vehicles when needed

report anything unusual you notice with vehicle

keep vehicles clean, remove all trash and papers from cab of trucks each time to return

Cleaning: Keeping our work areas clean is your responsibility. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out the trash, breaking down boxes, power washing is some of the things you will be asked to do.

Truck Driver

Driving: Must be able to drive a box truck. You will be sent to various locations to pick up and drop off our equipment.

Know your event: Read over the event order, look at your pull sheet before you leave for event

Pull will be checked prior to loading. Make sure you have a copy of the pull, food signs, and event order for the event that you are driving to.

Loading/unloading: Before events, vehicles will need to be loaded with their food and pulls and unloaded after. Unloading requires taking food to walk-in coolers, dirty items to the dish pit, and equipment to its proper place.

Loading: Food will almost always need to be loaded the day of an event. Sometimes your pull will need to be loaded also. Someone will always be available to help with loading larger items like hot boxes, ovens, or full speed racks
