Catering By Corey in Asheville is gearing up for a busy year and we are looking to add to our established 38 person team. We are looking for candidates who fit within our core values of: Integrity, Fun, Balance and Growth.

We will be holding in-person interviews on Thursday, March 30th in Woodfin, NC from 9am-2:30pm. We will be reviewing all applicants and reaching out to assign interview time slots over the next few weeks.

We are currently hiring for the following positions: Catering Event Server, BOH Prep Chefs / Onsite Event Chefs.

BOH Prep Chefs / Onsite Events Chef

Ideal Availability: Thursday - Sunday (morning, afternoon and evening shifts available).

Pay Rate: $21-$23 / hour *Benefits Offered: Health, Dental and Vision*

Responsibilities

*Set up workstations *Cook dishes to business standards *Follow health and safety guidelines *Prepare ingredients for use during shift *Travel to and from Event Venues *Work onsite at Event Venues for Plated Dinner, Family Style Dinner and Action Station Style Receptions *Loading and Unloading Catering Van *Driving Catering Van (ideal but not required) *Maintaining Catering Equipment

Qualifications

*Proven working experience as a cook *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Positive Attitude and Team Oriented *Reliable transportation and Valid Driver’s License
