Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Fiscal Intermediary office in Brooklyn is looking for a liaison for our CDPAP program with our affiliates in Valley Stream and Queens to provide efficient and targeted service while working with our Brooklyn headquarters.

**MUST BE BILINGUAL IN PUNJABI AND ENGLISH SPEAKING**

We are a thriving Home care and CDPAP Fiscal Intermediary with a highly collaborative team that continues to grow and expand. We are looking for a Bilingual (Punjabi/Hindi) human resources generalist who will be responsible for the enrollment and maintenance of our Punjabi and English speaking clients and caregivers in Valley Stream and Queens.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answering phones, general office duties and office organization.

Working with clients from different backgrounds and assisting them in enrollment, on- boarding, etc.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Must be positive, customer service driven, detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills, great attitude, fun personality and professionalism mandatory.

Responsibilities include:

Managing Files

Using Excel and Internet daily

Data Entry

Scanning

Application Processing

Enrollment

On boarding

Providing education and training when appropriate

Scheduling

Qualifications and Skills

HOME CARE AGENCY/CDPAP experience IS A PLUS

Must speak Punjabi or Hindi

*Candidate must be COVID vaccinated or agree to get the vaccination'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
