Code Central is an exciting place for youth (ages 7-17) to learn coding. Our learning centers and virtual online sessions provide environments that engage and educate students in developing skills in Computer Science. Our innovative and accredited curriculum combines self-paced learning with engaging projects that challenge students as they learn and explore the possibilities of coding.

We are currently looking for Center Coordinators at our Henderson and South Summerlin locations. In addition to part-time positions (15-25 hours per week) we are also looking for candidates to work full-time and part-time during the summer.

The Center Coordinator works with other staff members to facilitate the daily operations of the center during business hours. They work closely with the Center Manager and Lead Instructors and are responsible for the preparation and completion of all day-to-day activities involved with successfully operating the center to ensure we are creating and delivering the highest quality customer experience for both parents and students.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Greeting students and parents upon arrival in the center
• Ensuring all students are properly checked-in and met by a parent/guardian when leaving the center
• Answering the phone and following up on all voicemail, text, and email messages
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment at all times
• Overseeing all aspects of student scheduling
• Updating and maintaining all customer/client accounts, including billing and holds
• Presenting to parents informational orientation for all free trials
• Enrolling new members
• Managing lead follow-up and informational inquiries
• Providing orientation for new members (parents)
• Maintaining a clean and well organized center

Qualifications:

-A passion for interacting with youth

-Excellent communication and organizational skills

-An engaging and friendly personality

-Customer Service experience

-An understanding of the challenges involved in learning to code
