Join our team as an In-Home Specialist - Human Services
Location:
Maple Lake, Buffalo and surrounding suburbs in Central MN
Schedule: Full Time - 4 days/evenings per week and every other weekend
Wage: $17.50 per hour plus benefits

Job Summary:
As an In Home Specialist, you will support our people with disabilities living in their own homes or family homes with daily activities that may include medication administration, personal cares and meal preparations/planning. Shift Specialist may accompany the person served out into the community on a regular basis in order to facilitate the person's participation in a range of activities. Additionally, Shift Specialist will follow client specific behavior plans and program goals to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
Requirements:
- To be at least 18, 21 years of age for some homes
- Have a vehicle with current car insurance
- Have an acceptable driving record as determined by Meridian Services policy.
- Successful clearance from a DHS background Study
- Experience working with challenging behaviors and mental health is required at several higher level sites.
