Job description
Our OR is growing! We are adding another surgical team. We are seeking a central sterile tech to perform and oversee the cleaning and sterilization process of surgical instruments. Position performs quality testing on all sterilization methods used in the OR and Central Sterile.
A $10,000 sign on bonus is offered for an experienced Central Sterile Tech
Licensure as a Central Sterile Technician by the VA Board of Health Professions or grandfathered in under the regulations.
Completion of a comprehensive sterile processing program, in house or certified program.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Requires ability to perform heavy lifting, carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to distinguish colors, and stand for long periods of time.
