*** The SIGN ON BONUS only applies to the following positions ***

• Sunday and Monday 6am - 10pm CERTIFIED Caregiver and MED-TECH
• Friday and Saturday 6am - 10pm MED-TECH
• Friday - Monday 2pm - 10pm CERTIFIED Caregiver
• Friday - Monday 6am - 2pm CERTIFED Caregiver
• Tuesday - Saturday 2pm - 10pm CERTIFIED Caregiver (2 positions available)

$250 after 30days and $250 after 60 days.

Functions:

• Must love dementia care and giving lots of hugs
• Team work a must
• Receive report from previous shift on each resident assigned to their care.
• Effectively and efficiently passing medications a plus
• Document on all residents as needed
• Contact physician and other medical personal as needed
• Maintain accurate ADL charting, ensuring appropriate notes or communication is made on each resident.
