REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate for Caregiver
- Inpatient experince required.
- BLS/CPR.
- TB test within last year or Chest X-Ray within 5 years.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assure quality care by adhering to standards set.
- Provide quality patient care.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
- Record a patient?s medical history accurately.
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
- Assit with daily living skills.
