Immediately Seeking Dependable Certified Medical Assistant / Admin Assistant.

Ideal Candidate who meets criteria may be offered Signing Bonus, based on skills and start availability. Signing Bonuses offered begin @ $500.00.

• OSHA (NIOSH) Certified Audiologist to work Occupational patients
• CAOHC - Spirometry
• Certified Drug / Alcohol Screener
• Well versed with labs, specifically Quest & Labcorp
• Experienced Scheduler for physicians and patients
• Well versed in OSHA, HIPAA
• Previous Office Management experience a Huge Plus
• Organized, Self-Starter, Multi-tasker, works well under stress
• Exceptional people skills, and great bedside manner with Patients
• Follows Instruction - Able to be Team Leader and Manage Others - (Not dictate)
• Must pass background and Drug Test, willing to work remotely on occasion
• Can Start Immediately!

This are the requirements of the position, but will consider training right candidate with closest qualifications.

This person works directly with company President. Must be able to accept and give constructive criticism, and is totally confidential.
