What Makes Working at iTrust Wellness Group Different?

As a practice, our business model has received positive feedback from our practitioners, referral sources, and our valued clients. We believe that our office prioritizes elements that differentiate us from other outpatient mental health clinics, including the foundational structure of a teaching-based, collaborative environment.

Support staff members are both viewed as and trained as an extension of the provider. We believe that our non-prescribing professionals in the office are as equally important as our providers to our client outcomes – our staff members are dedicated to providing accommodations and solutions to clients both in-person and at a distance.

We are looking for medical assistants who will both coordinate with their team members and operate independently to ensure successful client outcomes.

  • Properly scheduling and rescheduling appointments for clients
  • Checking out clients by scheduling future appointments and collecting payment
