CareSphere is currently hiringfor Direct Care Worker (DCW) positions. There are per diem opportunities available with starting wages of $13.00 per hour. Plus, the more shifts you work, the greater the pay (up to $18.00). Enjoy excellent pay while creating meaningful relationships with those you care for.
The Direct Care Worker (DCW) provides resident centered care consistent with standards to meet the health, wellbeing, and safety needs of the residents.

What will I do as a Direct Care Worker (DCW)?
- Perform various duties and responsibilities to meet the individual client's physical, psychological, nutritional, spiritual, emotional, and social needs.
- Perform personal care duties as it relates to bedside care including but not limited to bathing, feeding, personal hygiene, ambulation, vital signs.
- Observe and report any change in client status to the coordinator.
- Assist with serving meals.
What do I need to be a Direct Care Worker (DCW)?
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A passion for helping others
- Reliable transportation to get to work
