  • Shift Notes: 13 OR 26 weeks 37.50 guarantee.
  • Weekend Requirements: 2 weekends per 4 week schedule. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL HOLIDAYS
  • UNIT: 20 - 40 -Bed Unit
  • Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric
  • EMR: PointClickCare
  • Dress Code: Traveler provided scrubs

TRAVELER MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MAY 26-29, 2023 (Memorial Weekend and Day), JULY 4 AND WEEKEND BEFORE AND LABOR DAY AND WEEKEND BEORE IF NEEDED/SCHEDULED. RTO DURING THIS TIME WILL NOT BE APPROVED. These holidays are held for Perm Staff. Thank you!

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience (must include Geriatric experience) - Required
  • 2 references - 1 reference from CURRENT ROLE is required.
  • Prior travel experience within the last 6 months - Required
  • CNA must be active/current on the NYS Nurse Aide Registry - Required
  • Float will be expected to Rehab & LTC units - Required
  • Attest to ability to find housing and have reliable transportation - Required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BLS (AHA)
