Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with basic personal cares and activities of daily living
• Escort residents to/from meals and events
• Complete charting and documentation on a daily basis
• Report any changes in resident status to supervisor
• Utilize appropriate equipment to aide in resident mobility per plan of care
• Follow established infection control policies and procedures

• Must have successfully completed the Nursing Assistant training program and be on the Minnesota Nursing Registry
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to read, write, and follow directions
• Has basic knowledge of a variety of activities
