The Gym Connection is a small boutique gym in Denville, NJ. We are professional, customer-centric, with a very social atmosphere. We are one of a few personal training gyms that survid COVID. You will find working here fun and with a lot of independence to train manage your own hours.

Our gym is hiring a Personal Trainer to help clients achieve their fitness goals. A qualified candidate will have certification in Personal Training and must have experience working with individuals in an unsupervised environment. This is the ideal opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about helping others, and who can rely on effective communication skills and previous experience in personal training.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a safe and effective exercise program.
• Show clients how to adjust their diet to meet their fitness goals.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and maintain safety precautions.
• Encourage clients.
• Perform routine assessments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Denville, NJ 07834: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• as a Personal Trainer or Group Fitness (Preferred)
• as a Trainer or Group Fitness instructor (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Fitness Certification (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
