Job Title: Change Analyst/Management
Location: Bothell, WA-98021 (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 12+ months with possible extension (potentially a year)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Shift: 1st shift- M-F- 6am-9am (start); 8 hour assignment- flexible
- Work Location: 100% onsite -especially for training in the beginning. There may be a possibility for remote in the future but this is a 100% onsite role and this needs to be clear to the candidate.
- Possibility for OT: Potentially, not significant or consistently- opportunity to help in Manufacturing- volunteering option
- Possibility for Temp to Perm: Opportunity to convert if possible
Position Summary:
The Change Analyst is responsible for processing and monitoring all Engineering changes for instruments development and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current Change Management process and drive near-term process improvements
- Be the subject matter expert regarding the Change Management process and model configuration documents in cross-functional team meetings
- Drive change orders to completion through the Change Management process by interfacing with other functional groups and global manufacturing sites
- Schedule and conduct meetings with relevant persons and functional groups to communicate complex change implementations
- Seek continuous improvement opportunities to the established Change Management processes
- Enforce adherence to Change Management best practices to ensure accuracy of Bills of Material and Engineering Change Orders
- Review Engineering Change Requests to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Initiate Engineering Change Requests in the engineering change process to release or modify drawings, parts, and Bills of Material
- Assign implementation tasks and track sign-off to complete the EC process
- Train engineering and operations staff on the Change Management process based on your experience and departmental goals
- Perform miscellaneous Change Management related tasks upon request
- Other related duties as required
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of four (4) years of applicable experience required, five (5) years for Senior Level.
- Team player, professional, detail-oriented, thorough and honest
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced global environment
- Self-motivated to follow tasks through to completion
- Computer proficiency - MS office, database systems.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
