Your Role
Assists in the management of our saleable inventory in efforts to supply clients with inventory that meets advertiser’s needs. The Charting Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, inputting, and overseeing the LED digital Large Format media and will be cross trained on all media formats.

Your Responsibilities
- Learn and manage all inventory extremely well to efficiently plan route.
- Hold media space for all proposals that are sent by the AE.
- Review and chart contracts for all media to ensure space is appropriately reserved.
- Assist managers and AE’s by communicating available locations and proposing replacement locations when needed.
- Compile availability and occupancy reports to send to senior management when asked to.
- Schedule new and existing advertisers on digital inventory using IMS systems.
- Send weekly posting updates and webcams to sales team to ensure postings.
- Assist with sending POP report to AE’s.
- Work with Real Estate to input new inventory in IMS system.
- Help trouble shoot issues with postings and media.
- Ability to create complete work orders and copy verification in IMS.
- Communicate and collaborate with Operations to confirm copy, PI’s, work orders are all set two weeks prior to postings.
- Weekly updates to gather posting/bulletin information and any P&D problems.
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly P&D reports to clear all media billings.
- Assist in other projects as assigned by management and performs other related duties as required.
Your Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented
- Analytical/problem solving skills.
- Tech-savvy, strong Excel skills.
- Ability to prioritize/handle assignments and deadlines.
- Self-motivated with at least 1-2 years of professional work experience (preferably in the advertising field).
- Ability to adapt to multiple tasks associated with a fast-paced advertising environment.
