Seeking responsible, motivated individuals to join our Cheese Counter Service Team!

Cantoro Cheese Department is a high volume gourmet authentic Italian cheeses. Our culture is rooted deeply in customer service and providing an exceptional shopping and dining experience to all of our guests. We believe our counter service is our sales force.

1 year food retail service/restaurant experience is preferred. Candidates must be presentable, reliable, have good communication skills and demonstrate a high degree of drive and determination. Knowledge of Health Department regulations for proper handling of foods preferred. Depending on experience, pay rate can be negotiated, but open and flexible availability is a must. Full Time positions available immediately!

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and deliver exceptional service consistently.
• Help any area of the department when needed.
• Must keep bakery case presentation impeccable.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service/bakery preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, storage/handling.
• Have open availability (Counter shifts are 6am-12pm and 12pm-8:30pm) including some nights and weekends.
• Stand on feet for 8 hours, lifting and bending
• Be able to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Requires ability to lift 25 pounds frequently.
