You'll have...

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

• 3+ years of project coordination and managing project-reporting

• 3+ years of data analysis and budget management

• Master's Degree in Business Administration

• Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

• Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

What you'll do...

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage everyday action item [follow-up] for Vehicle Control Director and leadership by working with Vehicle Controls department and subject matter leaders on project coordination and operations.

• Prioritize Tasks: Assist Vehicle Controls with prioritization to make maximize their effectiveness. Manage key meeting agenda, key assignments, and follow-ups. Coordinate with executive assistant to schedule meetings.

• Key-Workstreams Facilitation: Facilitate new initiatives or special project and oversee Vehicle Controls team to completion. Assess work required, timing to achieve and manage risk.

• Measure Vehicle Controls Performance: Determining, manage and maintain performance indicators for Vehicle Controls and capturing those in dashboard for regular reviews and management.

• Communication: Responsible for relaying information between Vehicle Controls leadership team and overall Vehicle Controls organization. Attend key leadership meetings (staff meeting, business review, budget meeting) and cascade key information and priorities to Vehicle Controls organization.

• Liaison: Serve as liaison with Vehicle Controls organization and leadership team regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
