Chief Operating Officer – Multi-Location Health Care Services – Private Equity

Our client is a New England based, multi-unit health care services provider that is seeking to recruit a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to help lead rapid expansion through acquisition strategies and de novo site openings. In partnership with a leading financial sponsor this organization is uniquely positioned to capitalize on the increasing demand for their services, offering strong brand equity in a consumer driven model with a commitment for best-in-class, modern clinical care in branded facilities. The company operates in a specialty niche segment of healthcare that has experienced tremendous growth.

This position will have full P&L responsibilities encompassing all company-wide locations. You will report directly to the CEO and will be a strategic member of the executive steering committee as they focus on rapidly growing the businesses operational footprint. We are seeking an individual with the demonstrated skill of building relationships and inspiring team members. Previous experience within the context of a multi-site health care services operation will be a definite asset. You must bring a data driven approach to managing operations and must be able to deliver best in class performance standards. You must also have the proven ability to educate and train operational and clinical teams to drive financial and operational success.

The compensation package will include a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses and an attractive equity plan.
