The Primrose School of East Windsor is seeking a full-time, state-qualified Director for our new, state-of-the-art Early Childhood education facility ASAP. Immediate Start with Sign-on bonus.

This position will ensure adherence to our mission of bringing the best and most trusted early childhood education and childcare services to the families we serve. We are seeking a leader who is energetic, organized, problem solver, and possesses great communication skills. This individual needs to be passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to the success of our next generation. Prior Experience in Director or Asst. Director position at a center based childcare is required.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year based on qualification and experience

Desired skills and experience as outlined below:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or in related field.
• 3-5 years of Director experience in a licensed childcare facility (not homebased)
• Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management
• Responsible for overseeing all preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations
• A proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining staff
• Possess deep love for children and a strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community
• Reliable with strong character and values. Will serve as a role model for others in the school and embody the servant leadership philosophy
• Build, lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest results.
• Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families, and children).
• Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety.
• Learn all essential functions for each position in the school.
• Work with and enjoy support from the Franchise Owner and the vast resources provided by the brand.
