Phoenixville Area Children's Learning Centers is looking for an experienced Center Director to take on this exciting leadership role. Our Center Directors are responsible for ensuring a high-quality education for all children within the center’s care. They provide leadership and support to their teaching team and move the center forward towards the organization's mission.

• Hire, develop & collaborate with teaching staff to build a team of professionals who create positive learning experiences through observation and assessment of students.
• Partner with families of current and prospective students to communicate a shared goal of providing the best care and education for their children.
• Grow our presence in the community by participating in local Phoenixville events
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing agencies and other partners and community stakeholders
• Perform all office functions including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, tuition billing and payment, human resources and personnel management (staff supervision) and purchasing.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in early childhood education or related field of study with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• 5 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain PA Director's Credential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
