If you enjoy working with children then we may have an opportunity for you at Crunch Fitness!

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic team members to manage our kids area. On most days you will engage children to keep them involved in activities that help them associate with fitness while their parents are enjoying the club services.

Activities will include:

• Engaging children one on one in active play.
• Engaging children in a group program or game to keep them active.
• Ensuring the safety and security of children while attending Kids Crunch
• Cleaning the space as well as other areas of the club.
• Engaging in general duties that improve and maintain the experience of our members and junior members.

Job Description

As a Kids Crunch Team Member your responsibility will vary from day to day. It’s important that we exhibit fun, entertaining, and active behavior at all times with our little ones. Kids will range in age from 1-11 years of age.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge and interact with members and children in a friendly manner
• Interact with members, children and other team members in a friendly manner.
• Incorporate interactive activities with the kids in the space.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times.
• Clean and maintain the Kids Crunch space, as well as other spaces in the club.
• Discuss and answer questions about Crunch Fitness with members and guests

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of experience working with children (preferred)

Other Requirements

• Six months to one year customer service experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
