As A Area Child Care Compliance Business Manager You Will:
- Lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees by creating an environment of trust and rapport and easily relates to diverse groups of people.
- Work with centers to ensure team member and child files comply with NYC regulations under Article47.
- Work across multiple TLE centers (open and in the process of opening). Collaborate with local area operations and marketing team to develop and maintain opening plans for each center.
- Assist in the team member recruiting process by identifying and qualifying top talent to work in our TLE centers. Recommend talent to center leadership for interviewing.
- Participate in all TLE training and onboarding to be in a command position to communicate and present TLE to prospective families.
- Manage lead nurturing and parent communications to drive tours, and enrollments for centers. Effectively engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours.
- Collaborate with center and area operations teams to understand opening timelines and keep parents connected with center opening plans.
- Collaborate with area marketing team to plan, source and execute on premise marketing activities such as open houses and other events to promote centers within their neighborhoods. Provide basic communication through text and email tools provided by TLE.
- Perform basic administrative activities as required to recruit team members, promote center availability to drive enrollment, and routine audits and checks across centers to ensure compliance with team member files etc

- Two or more years of child care front office, business experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of city and state licensing rules and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, ECE or related field highly preferred.
