Stick With Me Sweets is a luxury chocolate shop in the heart of NoLita. We specialize in artisanal chocolates and strive to create a memorable chocolate experience for everyone. Our chocolatiers put the utmost care and attention to make the finest-quality confections accessible to all chocolate lovers.

We are a small team that works very closely with one another. Our company strives to create a positive work environment. Everyone that joins our team is a valuable player and we strive to ensure they are given the opportunity to grow. There is great internal growth potential for Supervisor positions and additional responsibilities.

We are looking for a committed individual who is detailed oriented, service minded, has a genuine love for people and has positive energy to join our Front of House Team full or part time. The perfect candidate will use their attention to detail, enthusiasm, and drive to further shape a positive guest experience.

Our Nolita shop hours are 12-7pm and shifts will fall between 11am - 7:30pm, ranging from 5-8 hours.

Responsibilities for everyone include:

• Customer Service, providing top notch service to all guests. This includes a warm greeting, anticipation and fulfillment of each guest’s needs and a fond farewell
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Becoming well-versed in the intricacies and details of each of our 40+ chocolate products
• Carefully following procedures to ensure proper handling of all products
• Fulfillment of orders from multiple channels, this includes in-store sales & local delivery
• Packaging individual confections & candies
• Constant cleaning, organizing, and restocking the shop with products and supplies
• Positive attitude when completing all tasks and assisting the team any time necessary
• Proper food handling and personal hygiene
