What a fantastic
Direct Placement opportunity we have for you with a local importer and eCommerce marketer. You will be an employee of our client on day one, which entitles you to their great benefit package as well! This is an onsite position here in Eau Claire, and your daily work will include the following:
Lead, plan, and communicate with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements for a project
- Present business requirements to the technical team for scoping purposes
- Collaborate with the technical team to schedule work and ensure all business requirements are met
- Collaborate with the technical team through user testing and quality analysis
- The present final project to stakeholders and resolve a questions
- End-to-end management of external technical projects
- Lead and organize meetings with third-party software providers to identify project requirements, status updates, etc.
- Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with third parties to stay up-to-date on all project-related information
- Negotiate project timelines, budgets, and service-level agreements
- Documentation maintenance and report creation
- Maintain meeting notes and relevant documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Report on project statuses and KPIs (ROI, business value, budgets, etc.)
- Manage Development Team
- Hiring, firing, and promoting of employees
- Define, manage, and evaluate team members on goals and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with established sales and security policies and procedures

- Jira/Atlassian – ticket and project management system
- Microsoft Azure – serverless functions/apps
- Typescript/Javascript/GO/Python – back-end languages
- Node.js/Deno.js – back-end runtime environments
- Windows/Linux – developer operating systems
- Salesforce – internal user interface
- Apex/Lightning/Aura/HTML/CSS/Javascript – Salesforce back-end/front-end languages
- Shopify – ecommerce cart/website framework
- Liquid/HTML/SCSS – front-end languages/framework
- VSCode – IDE
- Github – source control/code repository
- Postman – API testing/debugging tool
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to work onsite in Eau Claire, Wisconsin (remote work is not offered)
- Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Computer Science or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Experience leading teams, and projects and using project management software such as Jira
- Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Experience developing and maintaining functions within cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure & AWS
