Job Position: Civil Engineer
Job Location: Franklin, TN
Job Type: Full Time (Onsite)
Salary: $75K - $95K per annum
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple jobs and schedules as a Project Manager in the Civil Engineering Department.
- Create and revise scope of work drawings for multiple clients based on individual site conditions and tenant preferences.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data from local jurisdictions and requirements.
- Respond to client, local and state comments on civil engineering plans and reports for design development and project permitting.
- Support architecture team from cross reference training on projects.
Skills
- At least 4 year previous experience with civil site design
- Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, stormwater design, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
- Project management and supervision skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
