Must have excellent computer skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe. Must have excellent communication skills, be personable, reliable, and a team player. Experience with legal case management/billing using Clio software is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail is a must. High level ability to prioritize and multi-task. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently. Strong analytical skills. Great team working abilities, as well as a courteous and respectful attitude. Excellent time management. Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within deadlines. Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to changing needs and responsibilities.At least 3 years of litigation experience as a paralegal handling cases from onset through trial. Proficient with the understanding, applicability, and use of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Experience and proficiency with federal and Florida state court filings.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
