NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association is recruiting for Claims Data Specialist to join our Asheville, North Carolina health and welfare team.

What will you do?
1. Assist with monitoring medical, dental, disability, and flexible spending claims to ensure claims are paid in accordance with plan rules, specifications and procedures.

2. Develop processes and procedures to stay current with benefit plan changes, regulations and industry best practices for the NTCA Group Health Program.

3. Provide resolutions and recommendations for enhancements to the claims system programming and/or processes.

4. Assist the department manager with preparing, analyzing and evaluating reports.
Position requires high attention to detail and strong proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications. Research, analysis and problem-solving skills are required. Working knowledge of medical claims and 2-3 years of work experience with claims payment or employee benefits is helpful. A meticulous and thoughtful training plan ensures success for the right candidate.
