Frac Sand Hauling local job Shreveport Luisiana, home everyday $1,000 - $2,000 gross weekly + weekly bonus.

Profit % levels for the driver on each line haul generated by the company:

1. Level 1 Black tier: 30%

2. Level 2 Gold tier: 27.5%

3. Level 3 Platinum tier: 25%

4. Level 4 Blue tier: 17.5%

The percentage for the driver is for every invoice (line haul) without Fuel Surcharge.

The driver can run as long as driver wants, always following FMCSA ELD mandates.

In order to do more loads per week and operate under ELD mandates, Driver must be willing to sleep in the truck several days a week if necessary just to do more loads. This work structure allows the driver to be at home every day, if it is not necessary to sleep in the truck to do more loads in the week, this is if the driver is far from home and does not have enough hours in the ELD to return.

Working schedule is from Monday to Saturday on the modality of 6 days on/1 day off. always following regulations of FMCSA ELD mandates.

Since this is a team effort, on a weekly basis, if the truck makes 15 loads or more per week, driver will receive a bonus of $200.00

If the company gets a bonus it is 100% for the driver.

If the company gets paid for Detention, it is 30% to the driver.

Payments are made weekly, every Tuesday Payroll is processed, for all loads corresponding to the previous week from Monday to Sunday, with check date on Thursday directly to the driver bank account. Driver will receive weekly a detailed settlement of all the load he/she delivered.
