ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking professional and reliable individuals with Airbnb cleaning experience to clean our luxury vacation rental properties in one of the following cities: Jacksonville, Atlanta, Warner Robins, Macon, Lizella, or Barnesville. We are seeking people who work with integrity, passion, diligence, and timeliness.

This is a part-time position that requires a flexible schedule.

CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES include but not be limited to

• Meticulously cleaning and home staging to prepare for the next guest arrival per checklist.
• Document photos before and after the cleaning via our software system, Breezeway.
• Ensure there are sufficient supplies for the bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms such as toilet paper, paper towels, washcloths, and bath towels.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues that require attention.
• On-time arrival to start the cleaning no later than 11:30am to ensure a completion time of 4pm.
• Taking the trash to the curb if the cleaning is done a day before the trash day.
• Ensuring the outdoor recreational areas are clean and clear of trash and debris.
• Using the pool skimmer to get the leaves off the top of the pool, if applicable.

REQUIREMENTS

• Most cleanings happen between 11am-4pm, 7 days a week.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must have a reliable vehicle to go between properties.
• Must have a sufficient number of team members to clean the properties.
• Must enjoy cleaning and be a “clean freak”.
• Must be tech-savvy and be able to use Slack, Google Sheets, Excel, etc.
• Must be energetic and have an outgoing personality and passion for the hospitality industry.
• Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision.
• Must be fluent in written/verbal English.
• Must be able to operate a smartphone and a two-way radio, be tech-savvy and be able to use our platforms ( Hostfully& Breezeway).

This role requires a flexible schedule 7 days a week. We are looking for someone local to the area who's willing to work approximately 8-10 hours a week and on occasion late hours for emergencies and last-minute cleanings with short notice.
