CSO is looking for a Cleaner 10 hours/week to maintain agency sites, to move any and all necessary CSO property, to assist in deliveries as directed.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance of building sites and related upkeep/custodial services
• Moving of CSO property including furnishings and equipment if necessary
• Ensuring record-keeping compliance requirements of CSO as directed
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance record.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The Maintenance worker must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of maintenance experience required. Must possess good organization and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle situations in a professional manner at all times with clientele, staff and external sources. Must be able to handle multi tasks and a variety of people at the same time, the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Computer proficiency including ability to work with email and word processing software required.
