Land Transportation Harrisburg, PA is seeking an individual to fill an Administrative / Clerical position.

Duties & Responsibilities: Accurately enter information into the billing system, Verify correctness of all information, Assemble paperwork for drivers, Other duties as assigned, Access customer websites to enter dispatch information, Answer phones, Speak with drivers and other assigned duties.

Skills: Strong aptitude for working with numbers, Ability to handle detail, Multi-task…. the ability to do several things at one time, Ability to meet deadlines without supervision, Knowledge of trucking and rail terminology, Strong customer focus

Characteristics & Attitudes: Desire to learn new things, Strong attendance and on-time records, Desire to finish what your start, Ability to work in a hectic environment, Maturity & strong follow through, Ability to seek help when required, Persistence

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advance to a dispatch position once they have become fully knowledgeable with their initial duties.

Salary will be based on applicants experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
