Job Summary:
The Client Relationship Director for Management Liability supports client relationship success through management and development of Account Executives. They will ensure that we provide consistent service to our clients and enhanced cross practice collaboration.
What You'll Do:
- Leads a team of 5-10 Account Executives to enable colleague development, drive revenue growth and service delivery of the team
- Coaches and develops Account Executives, namely in growing a strategic mindset
- Manages and monitors the performance of Account Executives as lead consultants for clients
- Serves as the Account Executives' escalation point for complex client issues and concerns
- Builds internal relationships to identify and promote cross-selling opportunities
- Partners with Practice Leadership to build the pipeline of future Account Executives from account team members
- Monitor work allocation and adherence to service standards
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-10 years of client experience in an insurance brokerage firm
- 5+ years leadership or management experience
- Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent people management skills

More About Us:
Compensation: Anticipated salary between $142,500 – $260,000. Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate.
This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 25% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
