Simpalm is looking for a Family Office Associate for our client based in Chicago. It is a full-time opportunity with great benefits. Our client is a boutique, fiduciary, Multi-Family Office with a dedicated Family Office Group and an in-house Asset Management Group. This is a fully remote position. The Family Office Associate should have familiarity with various types of securities investments, broker-dealers, and financial regulations.
Duties:
- Be the first point of contact between clients and the firm.
- Schedule advisor/client meetings.
- Respond to client inquiries, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Obtain and process all client information and transactions.
- Maintained client records.
- Compile and update documents and contracts.
- Create new accounts and transfer funds.
- Navigating TD and Schwab sites
- Onboard new clients.
- Outreach to potential new clients.
- Supervise virtual team members.
- Prioritize between urgent, important, and secondary tasks.
- Draft written communication on behalf of advisors.
- Follow firm protocols in responding to phone calls and emails.
- Ensure regulatory rules are followed.
- Build positive client relationships through following up, checking in, and soliciting feedback.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively intervene to meet them.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Client Services Associate or Family Office Associate in the financial industry
- Understanding of investment concepts
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- TD and Schwab experience a plus
- DocuSign experience is a huge plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Pay: $52,891.44 - $72,385.28 per year
