Job purpose:

Our Client Service Manager serves as a key player in providing great client service and maintaining client relationships by focusing on activities such as the clerical and operational functions of our practice.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as direct liaison between Advisor, clients and back-office.
  • Administer a High level of customer service to new and existing clients.
  • Support and communicate with clients/team members and back office.
  • Review dictation notes for client meeting details.
  • Process/submit new client applications by collecting required documentation and client information.
  • Timely follow up on all new applications, obtain outstanding requirements and see that all facets of the applications are being adhered to.
  • Take ownership of client service tasks, complete timely and follow up on service requests.
  • Update Salesforce / Advisor 360 / MS Excel reports and review with advisor during regular scheduled meetings.
  • Manage client files make certain they are compliant.
  • Prepare for upcoming client meetings.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as requested.
  • Engage in available training and education programs to maintain status on office policies, procedures and risk awareness.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two or more years of financial services industry experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to earn client trust and instill confidence the task will be completed timely.
  • Warm, Friendly and Caring with Client first attitude.
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • A competent capable, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure.
  • Ability to thoroughly compile data and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
  • High level of common sense and problem-solving ability.
  • Works well independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and build relationships.
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel.
  • Series 7 or willingness to obtain Series 7 for future growth opportunities.

Compensation:

  • Benefits available including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k w/Match. Employee contributions apply.
  • Annual performance bonus based on metrics of achieved goals up to $5,000.

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm, ½ Hour Lunch, 15 Minute Break.

Attire:

  • Business casual

  • 30 Waiting period applies

  • 1 day per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
