VCA Animal Care is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We want to be a place where a diverse mix of talented people want to come, stay and do their best work. We also firmly believe in supporting our associates/team members in the maintenance of a healthy work-life balance. As a part of the VCA family, full-time employees qualify for significant benefits: health insurance, 401K contributions, mental health support, pet care discounts, sick leave, vacation, and short and long term disability.
