You’ll get to:
  • Respond to client inquiries and support questions by phone and email (predominantly email)
  • Conduct basic client training over WebEx
  • Support our Client Success team with administrative duties such as data entry into Salesforce.com and other Lytx systems
  • Build PowerPoint slides, customized reports and lead special projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
  • 1-2 years in an administrative support role
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Self-starter, motivated and proactive
  • Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com is a plus

Expected hiring salary for this position is: $42,420 to $51,850. Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
