You’ll get to:
-
Respond to client inquiries and support questions by phone and email (predominantly email)

Conduct basic client training over WebEx

Support our Client Success team with administrative duties such as data entry into Salesforce.com and other Lytx systems
-
Build PowerPoint slides, customized reports and lead special projects as needed
-
Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
-
1-2 years in an administrative support role
-
Flexibility and resourcefulness working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
-
Self-starter, motivated and proactive
-
Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience working with Salesforce.com is a plus

Expected hiring salary for this position is: $42,420 to $51,850. Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
