Growing Technology Management Company seeking a Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, dependable, and an effective communicator with strong business writing skills. Organizational skills are critical to support complex projects and keep on pace with deadlines. . He or she must also be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and must perform well under pressure. Multi-tasking is a vital component of this position.
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting technology upgrade projects; Entering and maintaining customer records; Meeting project and resolution deadlines; Resolving service related problems between customers and vendors.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook or O365, and Excel
Candidate must be personable; have excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem solving and project management skills; successful at working independently and as part of a team. Prior project support experience is a plus.
Increased wages within first 90 days, advancements and annual bonuses paid based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
