Client Support Services Associate

Mainspring Wealth Advisors, LLC is a fast-growing wealth management office with multiple locations in the Puget Sound area. We are seeking a Client Support Services Associate that is focused on advisor support and to be based out of our Everett, Bellevue or Seattle office locations. At Mainspring Wealth Advisors LLC, we emphasize care for our clients, both internal and external, and are looking for candidates that not only want to learn from our experienced advisors, but also want to focus on strengthening our client relationships. Position Overview

This is a professional position that will primarily focus on supporting our advisor teams (internal and affiliated), who are located across various locations, in managing existing client relationships. Additionally, you will work with our internal advisor transition team to onboard clients of newly affiliated advisors and their teams.

This position requires a very high attention to detail; accuracy is a critical part of this role. Must have the ability to work independently and have a multi-tasking mentality. Flexibility in day-to-day functions is a major part of this position. We are looking for a team member who can adapt to the team they are assisting at any given time. Confidentially is a must.

This individual will play an integral part in the growth and success of our firm.

Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Work alongside our internal transition team in the onboarding of clients.

Manage the account opening process for multiple advisor teams (internal and affiliated)

Prepare, process, and track various new account and maintenance related tasks while maintaining a high caliber of customer service.

Communicate, effectively, the status of assignments and follow up on working items when necessary to ensure advisor needs are being met.

Research, and solve, issues that disrupt the client experience

Interface with concerned parties to ensure client related tasks are completed in timely manner.

Partner with appropriate support team members to achieve group goals.

Proactively striving to improve the systems and processes within the office and overall client experience.

Additional Responsibilities that May be Requested (including but not limited to):

May be asked to interact with clients over the phone, via e-mail, and in-person.

Schedule client meetings, as requested.

Special event planning.

Key Qualifications / Preferred Skills:

BA or BS degree preferred.

Relevant industry experience of 3-6 years is preferred.

General understanding of account types and investment vehicles.

Strong computer skills are required along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Will train on proprietary software and systems.

Ability to work well with others.

Presents a team player mentality but can also work independently and/or alone without issue.

Self-starter, organized with a strong attention to detail.

Process driven and solution oriented.

Professional attitude and presence.

Reliable attendance required.
