Responsibilities

● Work with people in a friendly and caring manner.

● Maintain a safe environment for clients and fellow staff.

● Conduct yourself as a positive role model of the Walker Center.

● Pass medications, chart, and document accurately as ordered by Medical Staff.

● Ensure you know clients’ whereabouts and activities at all times.

● Compile a shift report and daily documentation to meet deadlines.

● Flexibility and availability for all shifts.

● Informing and coaching clients on the rules and policies of the Walker Center.

Skills
● High school graduate/GED preferred

● At least one year in a customer service role

● Medication Certification within 60 days of hire and CPR Certification within 90 days of hire.

● Must have a valid driver’s license.

● Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, have the ability to learn how to use and maintain Electronic Medical Records, and have proficient computer skills.

● A history of responsible full-time employment is preferred.

● Any self-identified person in recovery from a Substance Use Disorder must have a minimum of two years of sobriety from substances of abuse. Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check, UA, and TB test.

● Ability to continuously stand or walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently, squat occasionally, and maneuver in different positions, such as reaching, extending, and bending.

● Customer Relationship Management Software experience preferred

● Experience with scheduling software
