Lakewood Health System has an opening for a part-time Clinic Receptionist/Scheduler at our Dermatology Clinic located in Sartell!

The Clinic Receptionist/Scheduler is responsible for providing professional reception and scheduling services to patients, visitors and staff in a clinic setting. Applicants must support the mission and vision of Lakewood Health System through adherence to the Employee Standards of Behavioral Excellence, concern for internal and external customers, contribution of ideas and suggestions, and regular and punctual attendance. Must be versatile, possess a happy and welcoming disposition, excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure. At times the position will be extremely busy and will demand a person who can multi-task and is alert to surroundings and prioritizing importance of duties.

This is a part-time position working in our Sartell clinic. The days/hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 6:30am through 4:30pm. Start times may vary by day. There is opportunity to work additional days/hours.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Completion of work with high degree of accuracy

• Experience with EPIC preferred

• 1-3 years of Medical Office reception experience preferred
