Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with patients, providing them with personalized consultations that engage, educate, and inspire them to start their chiropractic journey with us.
• Build trust and rapport with each new patient through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
• Craft a unique and unforgettable patient experience that surpasses expectations and prompts patients to enthusiastically share their positive experience with others.
• Motivate patients to take an active role in their treatment plan recommendations and make sure they understand the holistic benefits of maintenance care.
• Collaborate closely with the client care team to ensure a seamless and cohesive patient experience.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of either retail, sales, or heavy customer-facing role is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for educating others
• A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Efficient and reliable time management abilities
• Genuine empathy and a natural ability to connect with others
• High energy and ability to maintain focus while transitioning between appointments
• Enthusiasm for engaging in frequent interactions with people
• Previous experience or strong interest in health, wellness, and holistic approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
