- On-calls - should be available for emergencies and questions by staffs 24/7
- 60% - 70% in the office, remaining percentage will be supervisory visits on field
- Must have knowledge of Oasis E
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Ability to work with individuals to enlist cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal.
- Must be solution-oriented, resilient, and persistent on all levels relating to business, social situations, and clinical challenges.
- Must possess the ability to work tactfully with personnel, guests, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and finesse.
- Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nevada
- One year of home health care experience required.
- Possess and maintain a current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in wound care, vacs care, ostomy care, and IV administration are preferred.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Must have background check
- Required to present a negative TB test and other tests as required by agency policy
- Must be able to do field work
- Must have an excellent written and verbal skills
- Must be 24/7 available to answer questions from staff
- This position is 60%-70% based in the office, will also do field work.
