Clinical Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide supervision of a clinical team and responsible for the overall coordination of clinical services for a team of patients

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Assist with ensuring office is compliant with all applicable state, federal, local, Medicare and Medi-cal regulations.
• Conduct and coordinate care conferences, in-service programs and team meetings
• Take referrals and ensures that assessment visits are made
• Responsible for making effective patient care assignments, scheduling and supervision of staff and on-call coverage
• Maintain records of case assignments and management forms

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in this state
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience within the last 5 years. Home health supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to recognize the needs and concerns of people and maintain constructive working relationships with them
• Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage
• Ability to make home visits and provide skilled nursing assessments and care in the home environment

Pay: $120000 - $130000 / year
