SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the general direction of the CEO, performs a range of supervisory duties. This position is a journey-level supervisory position in the agency programs and is differentiated from the Program Supervisor I by either advanced experience or the ability to provide clinical supervision as required by the program. The Clinical Supervisor II assists in planning, developing, and evaluating current and new policies, programs, and services; interfaces with various agency, business, and community groups; and does other related work as required.

REQUIREMENTS
Valid and current LMFT or LCSW license for two years or more that can be confirmed on CA BBS website; Completion of BBS supervision training CEU’s.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise assigned staff; which may include administrative, office, clinical, and/or volunteer personnel.
- Plan, assign, and supervise the work of staff and volunteers engaged in administering the program.
- Interview and select program staff and volunteers.
- Evaluate staff and volunteer performance.
- Coordinate services with other staff members, county departments, and community agencies.
- Represent the program and/or agency at local commission, board, community, and committee meetings.
- Perform full-range assessment, diagnostic, and treatment duties; will provide weekly clinical supervision for trainee and associate staff; Will oversee Licensed employees as well to assure compliance with Medi-Cal documentation standards; Will coordinate Medication Support services that may be provided by Independent Contractors (psychiatrist, psychiatric, or nurse practitioner); Will carry a weekly caseload, with 12 to 15 client service hours each week. (This Weekly expectation may be adjusted lower as program grows.)
- Will develop and grow the MHS Clinical System of Care Program, overseeing additional expanded components and services positions (example: Parent Partners and TAY Peer Support, etc.).
Physical Requirements
- First Aid and CPR trained or willingness to be trained.
- To adhere to our therapeutic and relationship-building philosophies.
- Valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
CLASSIFICATION: Regular, full time, exempt
SCHEDULE: 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday

PRE-EMPLOYMENT
All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of both a physical exam (may include drug and alcohol testing), and a criminal background investigation (includes fingerprinting). Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
