The Gateway Wisconsin Market is hiring a Full-Time Clinical Resource to assist our 2 facilities centralized in Clintonville, WI: The Pines Post Acute and Memory Care and Greentree Health and Rehab.

Hours: Typically business hours but may vary depending on workload and travel needs - 40 hrs/week

Pay: $90,000 to $95,000 annually

Location: Based out of both facilities as needed

Job Duties:

• Provides overall support of the nursing departments for 2 skilled nursing facilities in Wisconsin and responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing and Administrator at each facility.
• The Clinical Resource helps provide input on, and support for, the implementation of strong clinical systems that result in the highest quality of care.
• The Clinical Resource supports the development and implementation of quality assurance measurements and audits, and assists in improving medical management processes throughout the skilled nursing facilities and market by coordinating and engaging in activities to proactively promote implementation of evidence based best practices.
• The Clinical Resource monitors, performs, and manages quality assurance processes including those supporting compliance to regulatory and/or accreditation standards.
• The Clinical Resource may be asked to step in and help with conducting C.N.A classes and nurse training along with continued education for all of the nursing department.

Qualifications:

• Must have current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License
• Must have Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience
• Ability to travel to 2 facilities located in Clintonville, WI; travel will increase based on any future acquisitions in the future
• Experience as a Director of Nursing at a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred
• Experience as a Regional / Clinical Skilled Nursing RN Consultant is a PLUS
• Willingness to teach/mentor C.N.A’s and nurses
• Service-oriented individual (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
• Electronic Medical Records EMR knowledge needed
