Community Behavioral Health Services is currently seeking to fill a Clinical Supervisor role that supports our clinical program. This role will provide administrative, clinical oversight and supervision per agency, contract, and state regulations while offering compassionate, community-based behavioral health services for youth, adults and families. As a key role, the purpose is to fulfill The Arizona Vision, which means "In collaboration with each child, family and others, Arizona will provide accessible behavioral health services designed to aid children to achieve success in school, live with their families, avoid delinquency and become stable and productive adults..."

Hybrid Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (3 days in-office / 2 days telehealth/remote)
Salary: $31.50 - $33.00 (depending on licensure and years of experience)
Location: office choice location in Mesa or Glendale

Education Requirements:
  • Master's degree in behavioral health related field
  • Associate level license with the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (e.g. LAC, LMSW, LAMFT)
Required Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience working in behavioral health services
  • Experience working in a managed care environment.
  • Management experience, highly preferred
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Present and represent the program and agency to collaborative partners, client team members, and the public, as needed.
  • Conduct periodic observations of client assessment, service planning meetings, group, and other client services, as needed and appropriate to support staff development and ensure quality care.
  • Use ADHS practice guidelines and best practices when guiding adult teams and child and family teams; support and engage with these teams to ensure quality of care and encourage successful completion of client goals.
  • Provide training to new hires and staff, ongoing, including new hire orientation and other site, agency, or contract related content. Engage in the interview and hiring process for open positions, as required to maintain the site team.
  • Complete performance reviews for assigned staff, according to agency policy.
  • Maintain responsibility and accountability for billing and productivity expectations for individual staff and assigned team.
  • Effectively manage team performance and requirements while participating in solutions, strategy, and problem solving that accomplish the desired result or expected outcomes.
  • This position may be required to provide direct care services including assessment, treatment planning, facilitation of the Child and Family Team process, group, individual and/or family therapy.
  • Create and utilize written training materials, guides, cheat sheets, checklists, materials, and resources that assist staff with meeting expectations and standards of care.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness in terms of treatment planning as well as site processes, as they relate to quality client care and clinical operations.

  • Clean 39-month motor vehicle record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
